Progress Report

GHS candidates must submit an annual Progress Report, documenting all activities such as coursework, exams, meetings with co-referees, and publications.

In case of changes in the PhD project or employment—including planned research stay abroad, planned parental leave or sick leave—the candidate should notify the GHS Office via email and clearly document these changes in the Progress Report.

Candidates who defend within six months of the Progress Report deadline are not required to submit a Report.
